“沱茶”歷史緣起 The historical origin of Tuo Tea

沱茶是一種制成圓錐窩頭狀的緊壓茶，從面上看似圓面包，從底下看似厚壁碗，中間下凹，頗具特色。沱茶是緊壓茶中最好的一種，以曬青毛茶作原料加工而成。每一顆沱茶都經歷制坯、蒸壓成型、干燥的過程，最終成為形似碗臼，色澤烏黑油潤的茶品。沱茶的種類，依原料不同有各品類之分。

Tuo Tea is a conical-shaped brick tea made from the face of seemingly rolls, seemingly from under the thick-walled bowl, middle concave, distinctive. Tuo brick tea is the best kind to drying green raw tea as raw material processing. 沱茶的產制歷史悠久，早在明代謝肇制的《滇略》一書中就有“士庶用皆普茶也，蒸而團之。”的記載。據資料記載，形似倒置碗狀的沱茶定型生產已有六十多年，其特異的形狀和優良的品質早已為人們熟知，蜚聲海內外。

70年代重慶益豐老沱 Chongqing Oolong Old Tuo Tea(1970s)

沱茶的主要產地是云南，重慶亦有生產。70年代重慶烏龍老沱屬烏龍茶的緊壓茶，八中茶字標志，由重慶茶葉土產進出口公司于1970年代出品，因停產多年，數量極少，極其珍貴。

The main origin place of Tuo Tea is Yunnan, Chongqing also produced. Chongqing Oolong Old Tuo Tea(1970s)is oolong pressed tea, produced in 1970s. Because it is discontinued for many years,, so it is very precious.

重慶茶廠于1953年開始生產上乘緊壓茶。制作時選用上等曬青、烘青和炒青毛茶，運用傳統工藝，對原料進行搭配、篩分、整形，再進行大拼堆、稱料、蒸制、揉袋壓形。其成品茶形似碗臼，色澤烏黑油潤，湯色澄黃明亮，葉底較嫩勻，滋味醇厚甘和，香氣馥郁陳香。含有對人體有益的咖啡堿、茶多酚、礦物質等多種元素。

Chongqing tea factory began producing Tuo Tea in 1953. The Tea seems like a bowl, and its color is oily black, the tea liquor is bright and clean, the taste is thick and pure, the tea leaves are tender, the fragrance is like some kind of wood. Beneficial to human body contains caffeine, polyphenols, minerals and other elements.

干茶色澤油潤發亮，香氣淡雅迷人，深嗅有烏龍茶的的獨特清香，就杯聞香，烏龍茶的淡雅高火香撲鼻而來，再嗅花果蜜香縈繞鼻尖，冷嗅淡淡甜味與青草香絲絲入扣，香氣極為豐富。入口水質濃厚醇滑，有膠味，有陳香，無苦，化甘亦快，水質純滑，茶味正，有木陳香環繞口腔，可見其年份久遠。
